Meeting rooms, classrooms and public spaces each need different equipment. We supply the displays, projectors, cameras and audio that your specification calls for, with the mounts and cabling needed to put them into service.
If installation is part of your requirement, tell us at the request stage so that the quote covers it and the installer can review the room details.

What to include in your request
A quote is fastest when the request includes:
- Room size and use (meeting room, classroom, hall)
- Screen size and resolution
- Video conferencing platform in use, if any
- Whether installation is part of the requirement
Brands and equivalents
If your specification names a brand or model, we quote that brand or model. If it allows equivalents, we identify the product we are offering by manufacturer and part number and show how it meets each requirement.
Delivery and warranty
Equipment is delivered new and sealed, with mounting hardware and cables listed on the packing slip. Large displays are delivered by a carrier equipped to handle them, and we confirm site access before shipping.
