Networking equipment is usually specified by your IT team down to the model and licence, because it has to match what is already installed. We quote to that specification and do not substitute.
Each quote shows the hardware, the licences and the support term as separate lines, so the total cost over the term is clear before you order.

What to include in your request
A quote is fastest when the request includes:
- Make and model, or the port count and performance required
- Licence and support term for each device
- Power over Ethernet budget, if relevant
- Rack or mounting requirements
- Delivery address and site contact
Brands and equivalents
If your specification names a brand or model, we quote that brand or model. If it allows equivalents, we identify the product we are offering by manufacturer and part number and show how it meets each requirement.
Delivery and warranty
Hardware is delivered new and sealed. Licence and support entitlements are registered to your organization, and we send the confirmation with the invoice so that your team can activate them.
