Overview
A UPS has to match the load, the runtime and the electrical supply at the site. Size, weight and the path into the room matter as much as the electrical rating, particularly for larger units.
We ask for those details up front and confirm them against the manufacturer's specification sheet before quoting, so that the unit offered will fit and will run the load for the time required.
What we supply
- Desktop and tower UPS units
- Rack-mount UPS units
- Three-phase UPS systems
- Replacement battery modules and extended battery packs
- Network management cards
- Power distribution units (PDUs)
What to include in your request
A quote is fastest when the request includes:
- Load to be protected (kVA or kW) and runtime required
- Input and output voltage and phase
- Form factor (tower or rack) and rack units available
- Delivery constraints, such as loading dock or liftgate needs
Brands and equivalents
If your specification names a brand or model, we quote that brand or model. If it allows equivalents, we identify the product we are offering by manufacturer and part number and show how it meets each requirement.
Delivery and warranty
Units are delivered new with batteries included unless you specify otherwise. Tell us about loading docks, liftgate needs and floor loading when you request the quote. Certification marks and warranty terms are stated on the quote.
