Instruments are specified closely, so each requirement is checked against the maker's published specifications before we quote. Where a point is not covered by the literature, we confirm it with the maker in writing.
We quote the instrument, accessories, software and any calibration or training as separate lines, so the offer can be compared line by line.

What to include in your request
A quote is fastest when the request includes:
- Model of interest, or the measuring range, accuracy and features required
- Accessories, software and calibration required
- Whether training or on-site setup is needed
- Delivery address and any handling requirements
Brands and equivalents
If your specification names a brand or model, we quote that brand or model. If it allows equivalents, we identify the product we are offering by manufacturer and part number and show how it meets each requirement.
Delivery and warranty
Instruments are delivered new with the maker's documentation and calibration certificate where one is supplied. Warranty terms are stated on the quote.
