We quote by publisher part number and show the term dates on every line. For renewals, send us the existing agreement or customer number so that the new licences attach to your current account.

What to include in your request
A quote is fastest when the request includes:
- Publisher, product name and edition
- Number of users, devices or seats
- Licence term and start date
- Existing agreement or customer number, for renewals
- Whether the licences are for government, education or commercial use
Brands and equivalents
If your specification names a brand or model, we quote that brand or model. If it allows equivalents, we identify the product we are offering by manufacturer and part number and show how it meets each requirement.
Delivery and warranty
Licences and subscriptions are registered in your organization's name with the publisher. We send the licence confirmation and term dates with the invoice. No physical delivery is needed unless media is specified.
