What to include in your request
A quote is fastest when the request includes:
- Printer model, or print volume and features required
- Consumables by manufacturer part number, where known
- Whether original manufacturer supplies are required
- Delivery frequency for repeat orders
Brands and equivalents
If your specification names a brand or model, we quote that brand or model. If it allows equivalents, we identify the product we are offering by manufacturer and part number and show how it meets each requirement.
Delivery and warranty
Devices and supplies are delivered new and sealed. Where original manufacturer supplies are required, that is what we quote. Repeat orders can be delivered on a schedule you set.
