Overview
End-user computing is the most frequent purchase a public body makes, and the one where a small mismatch causes the most trouble. A laptop with the wrong port, the wrong operating system edition or a shorter warranty than the standard image expects can hold up a whole deployment.
We quote the exact configuration you specify and list every component on the quote, so that what arrives matches what was approved. For refresh projects we can stage deliveries by site or by date.
What we supply
- Desktop computers and all-in-ones
- Laptops and rugged notebooks
- Tablets and cases
- Monitors and monitor arms
- Docking stations and port replicators
- Keyboards, mice and input devices
- Webcams and headsets
- External drives and removable storage
What to include in your request
A quote is fastest when the request includes:
- Quantity and delivery location for each item
- Required specification (processor, memory, storage, screen size, ports)
- Operating system and edition, if required
- Warranty term and on-site service level, if required
- Whether a named brand or model is mandatory, or equivalents are allowed
Brands and equivalents
If your specification names a brand or model, we quote that brand or model. If it allows equivalents, we identify the product we are offering by manufacturer and part number and show how it meets each requirement.
Delivery and warranty
Equipment is delivered new, in the manufacturer's sealed packaging, to the address and contact you name. Manufacturer warranty terms are stated on the quote, including any on-site or extended coverage you asked for.
